Most of the pieces in a puzzle look the same, but are drastically different in subtle ways. These differences can make a huge impact on your ability to complete the puzzle you are putting together. 

The puzzle of living a fit lifestyle can be just as frustrating. So choosing the correct pieces makes all the difference.

The pieces you choose to implement can be the key to your success!

When you listen to all the noise in the media it can seem like there are too many different fitness choices. It can become overwhelming and frustrating to know what to listen to. Then what pieces are the right ones to choose to ensure you get the best results.

Each of us needs to burn down your stored muscle energy and pull fat in for fuel. You will get you the results you desire.

Elevate – 

Engaging through endurance training. Playing sports and cardiovascular exercise like biking or running are great ways to elevate your system to burn more calories. This physical output activates multiple areas including your aerobic and anaerobic systems.

The other piece that many forget is the necessary component of rest. This single piece will help you elevate your success and results in multiple ways.

The integration of each component in your fitness on a regular basis weekly will provide improved lasting results.

You must work each level appropriately to reach your fullest potential. If you start too fast you will burn out. You don’t want to stay stagnant. Pull together and fit in the right pieces each day.
