Use these tools today to get you through the holidays this week and beyond!

Here are 5 kettlebell exercises that will help you get through the business of the holidays!

Though each of these exercises is performed with a kettlebell, it is important to remember that you can use a form of resistance to get the job done. If you have a set of dumbbells or resistance bands, they will work just as well. The important thing to remember is that you are looking for something simple, consistent, and doable for the upcoming holiday season.

At M3, we recommend that you start by performing 12 to 15 repetitions of each exercise for just one set if you haven’t performed any strength exercises in a long time. Adding another set every two weeks or so.
