Why does your vision matter?
That all might sound a little rah-rah. Let’s be honest, unless you do the work, a vision is only a vision. A dream is only a dream until the action starts taking place.
Once you have this vision, however, you will begin to want it more and more. This desire creates an emotional attachment to the person you want to become.
This is vital when it comes to success, especially when you get to the middle. When the habits you try to break are attempting to start again. Or, when the new habits become less fun and less interesting.
This vision helps you stick to the new habits and break the old ones, but more importantly, it helps you build discipline.

Discipline is one of the most effective components of any successful goal you set. Thus, self-discipline is the second punch, or the uppercut, to our 1 – 2 punch.
